Development and Delivery Process
1. Commencement of Services: Following the receipt of full payment, the Agency will initiate the development process as per the agreed-upon specifications and timeline. Clients will be kept informed with regular progress updates and notified upon completion of the website.
2. Payment Confirmation: Clients will receive confirmation of payment via SMS or email within 2-3 business days. Clients are advised to retain proof of the delivery receipt signed or confirmed by the registered client. Please note that multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
Compliance with Legal Regulations
• KIWI IT SOLUTIONS CO LLC will not engage in business with any individuals or entities from countries sanctioned by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), in accordance with UAE law.
Additional Deliverables
3. Delivery of Additional Products: Any additional deliverables purchased, such as logo design or content creation services, will be provided to the client through email or other agreed-upon digital methods.
Fees and Shipping
4. No Shipping Fees: There are no shipping fees as all Services and deliverables are provided digitally.
Timeframe for Delivery
5. Service Delivery Timeframe: The delivery timeline for the Services will be outlined in the project agreement. Additional deliverables will typically be delivered within 1-2 weeks from the date of purchase.
International Delivery
6. Digital Delivery: Given the digital nature of the Services and deliverables, there are no international delivery restrictions.
Delays in Delivery
7. Notification of Delay: If the Agency is unable to deliver within the agreed-upon timeline, clients will be promptly notified and may opt to terminate the agreement, receiving a full refund of all fees paid.
Refunds and Returns
8. Digital Nature of Services: Due to the digital format of our Services and deliverables, there are no returns. Refunds are only available under the criteria outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.
